Sean is an ambassador for Men for Inclusion. His career started in youth services with Slough Borough Council where he worked with young people at risk of permanent exclusion from main stream education. During that time he was involved with the Youth Offending Team and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. For the last 13 years he has worked in digital technology businesses where he has run teams in the UK, Ireland, New York, and Australia.

He believes that to be truly inclusive it is not simply about giving people a seat at the table, it is about listening, genuinely considering others’ ideas, and implementing meaningful change where clearly necessary.
