How not to sabotage progress and alienate our allies - With Women in Sustainability Network

On Thursday 11th April Mark Freed joined Noora Friaq as a guest of Rhian Sherrington on her Women in Sustainability Network for a discussion on ‘how not to sabotage progress and alienate our allies.

Our choice of language is crucial if we want to truly create inclusive & diverse cultures - yet we keep on getting this wrong time and time again, alienating the very people who could be championing change.

Likewise, do we really reward behaviours that truly champion diversity, equality and inclusion?

Diversity of thought and experience in leadership is vital for successfully tackling the poly crisis of climate change, biodiversity collapse etc - so what can we do to create the systemic shifts so urgently needed - inside our organisations, our cultures, inside ourselves?
