The Women in Automotive Live Event, led by Men for Inclusion, explored whether it's time for a different approach and challenged traditional notions. Men for Inclusion unveiled their innovative ADUCE methodology, guiding leaders and managers on a transformative journey.

The ADUCE methodology focuses on creating Awareness of the lived experience gap between genders and under-represented groups. It aims to instill a Desire in men for change and active involvement in DEI initiatives. Moreover, it provides insights on how to effectively transform corporate culture.
