As you and your organisation think about your DEI plans for the year ahead, I am sure you are considering how you reach the whole of your organisation, not just those from typically under-represented groups. How do you engage your straight white male population who continue to resist DEI progammes? What can we all do that will motivate them to get involved? 

We cordially invite you to the launch event to share our latest cross industry study - What Motivates Men to Become Champions of DEI.

The research tapped into the thoughts of those men who have become champions of DEI – find out why they started, what motivates them and the benefits they have realised.

Hosted at the offices of our research partner, Barnett Waddingham at 2 London Wall Place, 123 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5AU, GB on the 6^th February at 4pm.

As well as a keynote presentation on the findings, there will be an opportunity to network and connect with other attendees. The presentation on the research will be completed by 5:30pm and the overall event will finish by around 6:30pm.
