We have a varied programme of events designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge.
Our monthly events are an opportunity for you to meet up with other members of the community, collaborate and share experiences. One of our team will be on hand to bring topics to the table and moderate the discussion.
We also take a deeper dive into essential topics with an industry expert at our more formal events.

My active participation in the Men for Inclusion fortnightly Inclusionist Interaction forums has proved valuable on both a personal & professional level. The sessions are structured but informal with, as you would expect, a diverse audience. Topics of discussion have included: (i) who & why we need to be engaged, (ii) accidental sexism (calling others out for unintentional sexism), (iii) male allies - pros & cons, (vi) recruiting for D&I and (v) how the Menopause impacts lives and careers. Subjects may make some feel uncomfortable, but having a relaxed forum to have these discussions is a positive step forward, in my opinion.
