When we started Men for Inclusion, we had decades of experience of leading people, transforming organisations and advocating for gender equality. We saw that traditional diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies weren’t quite hitting the mark. Progress was moving at a glacial pace and those strategies were not engaging those who were most needed in the conversation.

That’s why we decided to shake things up. We believed that by helping companies engage the unengaged to join a transformational cultural change programme, we could not only speed up progress but also deliver a real return on investment.

Fast forward a few years, and we are proud to say we’ve developed a battle-tested methodology, with a suite of impactful capabilities. These tools have empowered companies, even in the toughest of environments, to reach their diversity, equity and inclusion goals.
