Our Consultancy and Research services are designed to deliver deep insights and measurable results for your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.

Our lived experience research measures an organisation’s inclusivity. We frequently find there is a difference between the everyday experiences of men and women in the workplace based on accidental sexism. We call this the ‘lived experience gap’. Our research is increasingly finding similar challenges across others who are traditionally under-represented at senior levels.

We are official partners of The Honeycomb Works – a tool that helps organisations build more inclusive habits and track progress towards meeting inclusion goals.

A significant facet of the work we do around inclusion is how to embed behaviours and keep up momentum towards cultural change.

The Honeycomb Works, an optional feature used in tandem with our ADUCE programme, helps people to introduce more inclusive behaviours into their work through daily habits and measurable feedback – as well as providing invaluable data for organisations to work out where further change needs to happen.

It also allows organisations to measure belonging and psychological safety across teams, meaning you can begin to make meaningful improvements based on how your people feel about your culture. This feeds into the Embedding element of our programme.
