We’re delighted to announce a new partnership between Men for Inclusion and Women in Renewable Energy (WIRE), marking an exciting step forward in our shared commitment to gender equity, inclusive leadership and a just energy transition.
Founded in Canada, WiRE began as a single chapter with an important mission: to advance the role and recognition of women and other underrepresented groups in renewable energy. Ten years on, that mission has translated into an extraordinary global movement, with over 25 chapters and 26,000 members.
This growth reflects WiRE’s unwavering commitment to building a diverse, inclusive and supportive clean energy community, and its belief that inclusion is essential to achieving a successful and just energy transition.
Why this partnership matters

We’re proud to stand alongside WiRE at this milestone moment and look forward to collaborating on initiatives that support equity, recognition and opportunity in the clean energy transition.
