Men for Inclusion Partners with Serica Energy to Deliver Inclusive Leadership Programme
We’re delighted to be working with Serica Energy plc as their chosen inclusive leadership partner on a major organisation-wide development programme 🎉
Since March, we’ve been collaborating closely with the Serica Energy team to build on the strong foundations already in place, shaping a tailored, long-term approach to further embed inclusive leadership across the business.
Over the next 9+ months, we’ll be supporting more than 100 leaders in the business to continue developing the skills, confidence and behaviours that enable inclusive teams and cultures to thrive.
This week marks an exciting milestone as we launch the first wave of workshops, using our landmark ADUCE framework alongside The Honeycomb Works’ digital inclusion tool to bring inclusive leadership to life in a practical, meaningful way.
A key focus of the programme is sustainability. Alongside the leadership workshops, we’ll be training a cohort of internal facilitators to deliver the framework themselves, helping to strengthen and scale inclusive leadership capability well beyond the initial programme.
We’re looking forward to kicking off the first sessions this week and continuing our partnership with the Serica Energy team as they build on their existing culture, embedding inclusion as a natural part of everyday leadership.
