Men for Inclusion is proud to support the launch of LGBT Great’s new report, For All: The Power of Allyship and Belonging, which explores how and why leaders and organisations must prioritise inclusion.
The report, which draws on insights from over 2,500 professionals, shows that allyship builds belonging, and belonging drives business success. It also highlights the challenges leaders face in embedding inclusion within their organisations, particularly in today’s complex geopolitical and corporate environments.
A key takeaway from the findings is the crucial role of visible leadership in fostering inclusion:
75% of respondents said they would be more likely to engage in allyship if they saw senior leaders doing the same.
However, only 60% said their senior leaders are visible and vocal allies.
This gap between intention and action underscores the importance of leaders modelling inclusive behaviours and championing allyship from the top.
Men for Inclusion would like to thank the LGBT Great team for hosting an insightful launch event, where attendees had the opportunity to hear the findings and recommendations firsthand.
At Men for Inclusion, there is a firm belief that true progress happens when everyone feels a sense of belonging and that inclusion is the bridge that makes this possible. The report is a powerful reminder of how inclusive leadership strengthens businesses, teams and individuals alike.
