Another fabulous Workplace Inclusion Alliance discussion at the Bank of England offices last week.
It was a fascinating discussion about the particular challenges facing the Financial Services sector, which seemed very apt given the location. Although our discussion recognised that all industries had challenges, there were great insights from a number of highly regarded companies who are deploying innovative approaches within this sector. Look out for more details on the conclusions soon.
Thank you to all those who attended – Emma Potter, Steve Hyndman, Lily Soares Smith, Matt Webster, Elliott Bryant-Jeffries MCIPD, Emma Francis, Mark Miller, Sarah Clark EMBA CEng MEng, Dr Hilary Williams ChPP MAPM, Ed Wood, Fantine Jeannon, Danyal Usman, Hayley Basterfield, Fiona Murtagh MBE, Hannah Pedro – for providing their energy, their ideas and their time on such an important subject.
Also, a big thank you to Peter Duff, BSc, CEI, FEI, FRSC for sharing his learning from the Energy sector – there is so much benefit to be derived from sharing great practices across industry.
Finally, a massive thank you to Thomas Wise and James Bogue from the Bank of England in hosting and organising the session, plus taking us through the amazing work that the Bank are already doing in this space.
Myself, Mark Freed and Alana Stuart are already looking forward to the next one.
