Their membership brings companies together to collectively identify and address the unique workforce renewal and skills challenges the sector faces, while engaging governments, regulators and other senior stakeholders to help them develop an informed and supportive policy and regulatory environment.

Their Work
The Energy & Utility Skills Group has been the driving force behind the creation of the Energy & Utilities Skills Partnership. In February 2017, in partnership with 28 Chief Executives from energy and utility-based employers, they launched the first-ever Energy & Utilities Workforce Renewal Strategy, which called for collective action to ensure that they have a sustainable skilled workforce now and in the future.
They are the provider of choice for employer solutions and registering and assessing competency standards within the energy, gas, waste management and water networks industries. They offer guidance as well as bespoke consultancy to their members.
