In 2018, Kate Webber created a networking group for women in the asset servicing sector with the aim to enable greater female representation in senior asset servicing positions. She has worked in the industry for over 30 years and she wants to see the next generation fulfil their potential as individuals; regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation and the family decision to have children. In 2025, they rebranded to Her Wealth Network to widen their reach across financial services.
