Isabella has eight years’ worth of communications experience, from government press office to private consultancy. Her career began at the Department of Health and Social Care, where she led on proactive announcements for major policy areas, including COVID-19 vaccines and treatments. In 2023, she moved into the private sector, joining consultancy Strand Partners where she managed campaign and crisis communications for high-profile energy and transport client accounts.

Throughout her career, Isabella has championed DEI and supported colleagues in inclusive behaviour – and now brings her significant experience spanning strategic communications and stakeholder leadership to Men for Inclusion to support with shaping narratives and communicating with purpose.
