North Sea Leadership: Where are the women?

A provocative title for some great discussion at Offshore Energies UK‘s Offshore Europe Lunch event on September 3rd. Where indeed are all the women? How do we get them there? And most importantly, how do we make sure they stay there?

I am really looking forward to joining the panel with Natalie Coupar, Claire Coutinho MP, Hannah Bardell & Bob Drummond where will be exploring the bold steps that both individuals and organisations need to take to ensure gender balance in leadership, dismantling the myths that may surround female leaders in the energy sector and the role of men in creating true gender equity at the top.
