Male Allyship and Inclusive Leadership: Why Progress Accelerates When Men Join the Conversation

Every day brings an opportunity to learn, grow and do a little better though some days leave a deeper mark than others.

Today was one of those days. I had the privilege of spending a few hours with an incredible group of female leaders from Nigeria. We talked openly about male allyship, inclusive leadership and the changing roles of men and women in today’s world.

One message stood out clearly: progress accelerates when male partners are part of the conversation, not observers of it.
