Re-envisioning leadership.
I feel absolutely privileged to be part of the most amazing conversations yesterday on core inclusive leadership competencies as a celebration for International Women’s Day. A massive thank you to Georgina Worrall OBE from POWERful Women and all at the Energy Institute for hosting us.
The event was part of our Men for Inclusion Workplace Inclusion Alliance – a community of thought leaders across sectors and industries who get together 3 – 4 times a year to share ideas and experiences on building better inclusive workplaces.
We were honoured to be joined by the amazing Helen Tubb who shared her wisdom on the importance of sponsorship as a core leadership capability. If you haven’t heard Helen on this subject, I suggest you sign her up fast.
It was such a joy to be in the room with such an engaged and inspiring community so thank yous all round to Christie Marshall, Amen Sukhera, Assoc.
