Mark Freed Becomes Women in New Energy Ambassador

To achieve our net zero ambitions, we need more than new energy sources – we need people.

The innovation, delivery, implementation, operation and maintenance of the energy transition will depend on hundreds of thousands of people joining, staying and thriving in the industry bringing new perspectives, experiences and diverse talent into the sector.

That’s why I’m delighted to support and become an ambassador for Women in New Energy by Energy Voice . I’ll be championing and supporting leaders and managers across the sector to adopt and role model inclusive leadership styles that create environments where everyone can succeed.

If we want to accelerate the energy transition, we must also ensure people feel seen, heard and valued regardless and without exception.
