We’re delighted to share that Men for Inclusion has been named a finalist for D&I Consultancy of the Year at the Inclusive Awards 2026! 🎉
For us, this recognition means a great deal.
Men for Inclusion was founded on a simple belief: creating more inclusive workplaces isn’t something that should fall solely on the shoulders of those who experience exclusion. Everyone is responsible for Inclusion – Leaders and People Managers.
Our work is about helping them become active and effective partners for inclusion – creating the conversations, understanding and practical action that enable everyone to thrive.
We’ve seen first-hand what can happen when people are given the confidence to lean into conversations about gender, inclusion and belonging rather than stepping away from them. Cultures begin to shift. People listen differently. And inclusion becomes something we build together.
Being recognised nationally for that work is something we’re incredibly proud of, and we’re hugely grateful to everyone who has worked with us, challenged us, supported us and been part of the Men for Inclusion community.
We’re also honoured to be shortlisted alongside such a fantastic group of organisations doing important work across the UK: Access Cornwall, The Life Rooms, Diverse Matters, MyPlus, Diversity Scotland, Berkshire Consultancy and Aspire Consultancy. Congratulations to all our fellow finalists. 👏
We’re looking forward to celebrating together in November – and, whatever happens on the night, continuing the work of making inclusion something everyone has a role in creating.
