Co-facilitating with Men for Inclusion at Energy Voice

Yesterday I co-facilitated my first Men for Inclusion session for Energy Voice in Glasgow, and I loved it! đź’«

What I really appreciate about the work Men for Inclusion does is how they understand the importance of including everyone in the conversation. Inclusion isn’t about ticking boxes but about creating spaces where people feel safe to speak up, share, challenge and bring their full selves to work. Yesterday’s session was exactly that – real, honest, and thought-provoking.

It am so grateful to be working with Mark Freed, and a big thanks to Emma Lamont, Jacqui Gray, Owen Wyatt, and everyone who attended the session for your full commitment and engagement in the session.

At The Personal Growth Collective we know that inclusion is everyone’s responsibility, and when we create environments where every voice is heard, that’s when real change happens.

p.s. Delighted as I also managed to do nursery drop-off AND make it home for bedtime (I was home past her bedtime, but a little girl decided she wanted to stay up later last night….which I was secretly delighted about!) 🫶

Comments from Mark Freed, co-founder at Men for Inclusion:

It’s an absolute privilege to work with someone as passionate and thoughtful as you. Yesterday’s session was a brilliant example of how open dialogue and active participation can create meaningful change.

I couldn’t agree more—real inclusion happens when everyone feels safe to speak, share, and challenge. It’s about fostering those authentic conversations that lead to lasting impact. A huge thank you to the Energy Voice team for your commitment to making inclusion a reality.
