I had the privilege of delivering a Men for Inclusion workshop for a brilliant group of people at Scottish Power — and the feedback has been both humbling and energising.
This wasn’t just another DEI session. It was a space where we created real connection, courageous conversations, and practical momentum.
Here’s what stood out:
âś… 100% of attendees said their understanding of their role in inclusion had increased
âś… 100% said they would implement changes to improve inclusion
✅ Net Promoter Score of +88 – a powerful indicator that the session resonated
✅ Words like “safe space”, “thought-provoking”, “interactive”, and “great presenter” kept coming up
🔍 We explored:
How everyday actions can drive cultural transformation
Real-world case studies that challenged assumptions
Tools for having more inclusive conversations and building trust
What I loved most was the openness: people leaned in, shared their experiences honestly, and committed to taking action—not just for policies, but for people.
A special thanks to everyone who made space in their schedule for this workshop and to Liam O’sullivan and Helen Gaier-Laidlaw for investing in meaningful change.
🛠️ Inclusion is a journey, not a one-off training. It’s about building habits, awareness, and courage at every level of the business.
