Men for Inclusion had the pleasure of attending Utility Week Live—the UK’s leading utilities industry event—alongside the brilliant team from the Women’s Utilities Network (WUN).
We were honoured to share the WUN stand and spend the day surrounded by an inspiring network of like-minded individuals committed to driving inclusion across the utilities sector. The atmosphere was vibrant, full of energy and connection, and a powerful reminder of the importance of community when shaping a more inclusive and forward-looking industry.
As an honorary WUN member for the day, it was a privilege to stand with a group that’s doing incredible work to create visibility, support and opportunities for women working across the utilities space. By fostering inclusive networks, WUN is helping attract and retain diverse talent—something that’s not just good for business, but essential for an industry at the heart of the UK economy.
A huge thank you to Karen Anderson, Hayley Monks MCICM (Grad), Kara Sadler CSci, Louise Wapshare, Karen Hosking, and Kerris Mackley for welcoming us so warmly and for the continued partnership in making change happen.
