We had an inspiring and informative afternoon at our third Workplace Inclusion Alliance meet-up with our Men for Inclusion clients and friends!
Huge thanks to Emily Brady and Neil Davidson at Morningstar for hosting and sharing insightful DEI challenges for us to dive into.
We delved into some thought-provoking discussions, covering key topics such as:
- Role Models
- Making it 'OK'
- Objectives of ERGs
- Motivations of Male Allies/Inclusion Leaders
- Diversity Data and Measuring Inclusion
