Some days at work are simply invigorating – filled with inspiration and a genuine sense of purpose. Yesterday was one of those days for Gary Ford and me. We had the privilege of collaborating with an exceptional leadership team that not only recognized but actively sought to address the lived experience gap between men and women in their workplace.

It was truly refreshing to engage with leaders who are not just aware of these issues but are deeply committed to taking meaningful action.

Their eagerness to understand and bridge these gaps, coupled with their desire to motivate and inspire others, exemplifies the essence of true leadership.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Laurence Everitt, Steven Finn, Lee Runacres, Mark Delmonte, Darren Banks, Ian Williams, Duncan Riggall, Robert Davis, Carl Anderson, Paul Johnson, Andrew Nolan, Roberto O., Nick Heales, Paul Neal, Laurence Everitt and Kaitlyn Klapperich from Northern Trust, for embodying this spirit of inclusivity and dedication to fostering positive change.
