Re-thinking DEI Strategies – Women Automotive Network LinkedIn Live Event

On April 24th, 2024, Mark Freed and Gary Ford, co-founders of Men for Inclusion, joined the Women Automotive Network for a LinkedIn Live event titled “Re-thinking your DEI Strategies.” The discussion focused on the current state of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the automotive industry, questioning whether traditional approaches—like “fixing women” and “blaming men”—are effective.

Mark and Gary introduced their ADUCE methodology, which helps leaders and managers take a new approach to DEI, one that engages men more actively in the process. The session encouraged viewers to consider fresh strategies for more inclusive and effective DEI initiatives.
