Responding to BBC News: What does DEI mean?

In response to a definition of “DEI” on BBC News, Mark Freed, Co-founder of Men for Inclusion, says:

Critics argue about fairness, but DEI ultimately builds workplaces and societies where everyone can thrive, aligning with fairness and opportunity for all.
