IWD 2025: Gary sits on panel at Sopra Steria IWD event

Gary attended an amazing session with the brilliant team at Sopra Steria on 5 March, as the event panel explored “Inclusion – What’s in it for you?”.

They discussed some of the reasons why DEI initiatives may no longer be working the way we would like and what we can do about it. They also talked about the significant challenges we all have with our careers and how a focus on Inclusion can ensure everyone feels that they have a stake. Wrapping up the conversation the panel gave practical tips for exercising our inclusion muscle.

And then came the difficult questions…thanks team! We thoroughly enjoyed the whole event.
