Last week, I had the privilege of spending a few days in Manchester, running a workshop for the Q1 Nuclear Operations and Nuclear Services Inclusion Action Group – EDF (UK).
The room was filled with Conscious Inclusion Champions—an incredible group of passionate, dedicated, and informed individuals. Their mission? To foster environments and cultures where diverse talent can not only thrive but also excel.
These champions understand that inclusion isn’t just a “nice-to-have”; it’s a strategic necessity. By nurturing diversity, they’re not only unlocking innovation and creativity but also actively reducing risk—a critical focus in nuclear operations and beyond.
The energy and commitment in the room were truly inspiring, and it’s moments like these that reinforce how essential inclusion is to success in any organisation.
Such great feedback for Men for Inclusion.
Huge thanks to EDF for prioritising this work and to all the champions leading the charge!
