IWD 2025: Mark shares Insights with BWHR (Black Women in HR) network

This International Women’s Day (IWD), we’re embracing the “Accelerate Action” theme—a call to move beyond words and drive real, lasting change in our workplaces and communities.

As part of this movement, our colleague Mark Freed recently joined the Black Women in HR (BWHR) network to share insights on allies, inclusion, and driving cultural change. Mark’s remarks challenge viewers to think beyond diversity as a checkbox and focus on unity, inclusion, and gender equality as actionable commitments.
