Our Inclusion Champion Masterclass is coming to Aberdeen on 26th March 2025, and we’d love for you to join us!

Hosted by Mark Freed and Stacey Will, the masterclass will give you a taster of our ADUCE programme – a powerful approach to driving cultural transformation. You can learn more about ADUCE here.

What to expect

This highly interactive workshop engages the traditionally passive majority—particularly men—alongside leaders and culture carriers to create meaningful change. We will focus on:

✔ Building Awareness & Desire – We’ll start by exploring key DEI challenges and inspiring a commitment to change.
✔ Developing Understanding & Capability – Next, we’ll introduce practical tools and strategies to support inclusive behaviours.
✔ Embedding Change – Finally, we’ll share real-world examples of how organisations successfully integrate this approach into their DEI strategies.
