• Why aren’t our current diversity strategies engaging men?
• Are they divisive?
• Is there a focus on counting & fixing women and blaming men?
• How do we help Men realise what’s in it for them?Would a focus on Inclusion engage more men and is this the route to increased representation? Would a change in narrative that embraces men and free them to be the types of men they really want to be make things better for women? Would this approach accelerate representation?What does inclusive leadership look like? How can senior leaders role model the behaviours they want to see from all the people in the organisations? How do we help senior leaders become confident and authentic dealing with difficult conversations like these?
