Last week at StoneX Group Inc., the Women of Stonex and Men As Allies groups came together for an evening of insightful discussions on Inclusion. And what a fantastic night it was!

We explored gender stereotypes, the DEI maturity curve, lived experience gaps, and, crucially, the big questions:

After delivering my keynote, we dived into a dynamic panel discussion. A huge thank you to Stuart Davison, Simon Jones, James McAuslan, Sarah Bell, Ritu Singh, and from Citi, Marzena Fick, for openly sharing your experiences and motivations.
