I’m delighted to be speaking at the DIIC Diversity and Inclusion In Construction 2026 Annual Conference at the Amex Stadium, representing Men for Inclusion.

Creating a more inclusive construction industry isn’t just about policies or good intentions – it’s about culture, leadership, everyday behaviours and ensuring that everyone feels they belong and has the opportunity to thrive.

I’m really looking forward to being part of the conversation, sharing some of our experiences and learning from others who are working to drive meaningful and lasting change across the industry.
