FREE EVENT: Our Inclusion Champion Masterclass is coming to London in September

After popular demand and following the success of our last Inclusion Champion Masterclass in Aberdeen, we’re delighted to be hosting the next one in London on 25th September 2025.

Hosted by Mark Freed and Gary Ford, this free masterclass will give you a taster of how you can drive cultural transformation to become an Inclusion Champion, using our landmark ADUCE programme which has proven to get results.

This highly interactive workshop engages those who may not typically see themselves as part of the inclusion conversation – often men – alongside leaders and culture champions, to drive meaningful and lasting change.

During this session, we will focus on:

  • Building awareness and desire amongst your employees – exploring key inclusivity challenges and how you can inspire a commitment to change.
  • Developing understanding and capability – with practical tools and strategies to build inclusive behaviours across your business
  • Embedding change – sharing real-world examples of how organisations successfully integrate this approach into their EDI strategies.
