Inclusion Champion Masterclass is coming back to Aberdeen in June

After the success of our last Inclusion Champion Masterclass and increasing demand, we’re thrilled to be returning to Aberdeen on 17th June 2025 – and we’d love for you to join us! 

Hosted by Mark Freed and Stacey Will, the masterclass will give you a taster of our ADUCE programme – a powerful approach to driving cultural transformation. You can learn more about ADUCE here. 

This highly interactive workshop engages those who may not typically see themselves as part of the inclusion conversation – often men – alongside leaders and culture champions, to drive meaningful and lasting change. 

We will focus on: 

✔ Building Awareness & Desire – We’ll start by exploring key DEI challenges and inspiring a commitment to change.
✔ Developing Understanding & Capability – Next, we’ll introduce practical tools and strategies to support inclusive behaviours.
✔ Embedding Change – Finally, we’ll share real-world examples of how organisations successfully integrate this approach into their DEI strategies.
